Price And Payment
The price of Goods will be confirmed by us at the time the order is placed. All our prices can be viewed with or without VAT.
Whilst we try to ensure that all prices are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods ordered by you we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option of reconfirming the item at the new price or cancelling. If the goods have been paid for and an order is subsequently cancelled a full refund will be issued.
In the event that we are unable to supply the Goods as ordered by you or honour the delivery date stated on the order, we will where possible notify you of any changes in the date and where the Goods ordered are not available we may offer you substitute goods. In the event that the substitute goods are at a different price, you will be asked to re-confirm your order at the new price. You are not obliged to accept any substitute goods and will be entitled to receive a full refund for the Goods which we are unable to deliver or are not acceptable.
Delivery will be charged in addition where the amount will be clearly displayed where they apply.
There are new payment options on our website, you now have the choice to pay via Paypal, Secure Credit Cards via EPDQ, BACS, Credit/Debit Card payment over the phone, Cheque/Postal Orders and Cash on Collection. Payment via Mobile Phone will be coming shortly. Please remember when entering your card details online your full address that is registered to your card has to be input correctly for your payment to clear. If your order declines, please double check that all information has been correctly input.
We must receive payment for your order including delivery before we can process your purchase. To confirm acceptance of your order we will send you an email to the address provided on your order details. This will create a legally binding contract between us.
We reserve the right not to supply at our discretion.
Delivery
Unless you state that you wish to collect your goods, we deliver them in accordance to your order.
Toolsave use the following couriers:

- DPD
- Royal Mail
- DY Pallets
On all deliveries a valid signature will be required. In order to arrange a specific date for delivery please contact us via email sales@toolsave.co.uk or telephone 0121 525 0222 and quote your order number. In the unlikely event that you have not received your goods within 21 days from the date you placed your order please notify us immediately.
Availability
Here at Toolsave we try our best to ensure that the products featured on our website are in stock, however some items may be temporarily out of stock due to production difficulties or unexpected demand. We will inform you of any delays of product and offer you choice of a nearest possible alternative, a full refund or if you are happy to wait for the delivery we will keep you informed on the progress.
Products that are in stock will be delivered to you within five working days.
Cancellation And Returns
Our 14 day money back guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and with the sales invoice received with the order or if your goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery we will issue you a full refund or exchange on the item.
To make a return please contact us on 0121 525 0222 and we will arrange for our courier to come and collect it from you. Lines are open 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
